Acarsan Makama Un Gıda İnşaat Sanayi ve Ticaret AŞ, which has one of the largest and most modern production facilities in Turkey with its 26,000 m² land area, 17,102 m² makama factory area, 16,968 m² flour- semolina factory area, 2,251 m² administrative building area and 6 steel wheat silos of 30,000 tonnes: It started its operations in 2003 with a monthly flour production capacity of 18,000 tonnes; in addition to the existing capacity, it reached a total capacity of 55,500 tonnes/month, including 12,000 tonnes of pasta and 21,000 tonnes of semolina in 2014 and 4,500 tonnes of noodles in 2016.

Pasta
Today, Acarsan Makama Un Gıda Sanayi ve Ticaret A.Ş., which has one of the most modern facilities in its field in Turkey, decided to invest in the makama production sector in 2013 and brought its factory with a monthly makama production capacity of 12.000 tonnes with high Italian technology to the Turkish economy.
Acarsan Makama Un Gıda Sanayi ve Ticaret A.Ş. products are produced with advanced technology and modern scientific methods, using 100% durum wheat semolina, in fully computer controlled integrated production facilities. Continuous quality control tests are carried out in laboratories equipped with the latest technology before and during production, before and after packaging.
Wheat Flour
In the factory, which has a monthly production capacity of 9,000 tonnes of wheat flour, the quality standard created thanks to advanced production technology forms the basis of the brand strength.
Production is carried out in 1 kg, 2 kg, 5 kg, 10 kg, 25 kg and 50 kg for domestic and foreign markets with bread, pita bread, baklava, tandoori and other special purpose flours prepared from quality wheat in accordance with the wheat flour communiqué.
Acarsan Flour takes care to make production in accordance with TSE (Turkish Standards Institution) standards and regulations by making all analyses related to wheat and flour in its quality control laboratory.
Acarsan continues to develop its activities to become a preferred brand in domestic and foreign markets with the principle of absolute customer satisfaction.
Semolina
With a monthly wheat crushing capacity of 21,000 tonnes, Acarsan Semolina meets the raw material requirement for the production of makama and exports semolina to abroad. At the same time, medium-sized semolina is produced in accordance with TSE standards and offered for sale in 500 g and 1 kg long-lasting vacuum packages under the Banetti brand. In 25 and 50 kg packages, it takes its place in Turkish and world markets.
As a solution to various packaging problems in semolina packages, vacuum packaging is preferred in Banetti Semolina. During production, the air in the package is removed and the product is vacuumised and sealed in such a way that it does not take air again. In this way, measures are taken against microbial effects that may come from outside and Banetti Semolina, produced from Anatolia's highest quality durum wheat, preserves its freshness for a long time.
Semolina obtained from 100% durum wheat in fully computer-controlled integrated production facilities is inspected by expert teams in the quality control laboratory.
Noodle
Noodle is a Chinese dish. It is similar to foods such as noodles and pasta in our culture. However, it is produced from flour, not semolina like pasta. Its size, preparation and eating style are different from pasta and noodles. It is similar in appearance to spaghetti pasta in Turkey; however, it is much thinner and shorter than them.
With a monthly production capacity of 2.600 tonnes (40 million pieces), Banetti Noodle is produced in glass and bag packaging options.
Noodle, which is especially preferred because it can be prepared in a short time and can be served with different sauce options, is offered to consumers through different sales channels.
Noodle has many varieties, special sauces and different recipes. Banetti Noodle has also taken its place in the market with different varieties.
